Am I in FCC Mode with the new dji rc?

Hi I have had a DJI air 2s for awhile now but just got the dji rc for Christmas. Just wondering if FCC mode is automatic for this controller ? I am in the US . I tried reading about this but not to sure I understand checking if I am in fcc mode . See attached video

FCC mode should be related to your location. If you are in the US, then you should be in FCC mode.

The third line from the bottom is below the 1km mark, so it is in FCC mode.

Thanks For the replies ! Just wanted to be sure because this controller seemed to have a bit less range . Maybe it was just a fluke first time using it.

And that is what concerns me about the RC. I normally don't fly any further than a mile away, but still worried about range.
