I can totally understand your paranoia. I am a Part 107 drone pilot and often feel the same way with so many places labeled "No drones". To really feel free to fly and get some practice at flying at a distance I suggest you find some BLM land where everyone is entitled to fly. These are often very scenic.

Eventually most BLM lands that we can access will be gone as it is being sold more and more.
