Amtrak and drones

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me if Amtrak allows drones on their trains as a carry on? I’ve tried ask the virtual help with no luck.

Last time I rode Amtrak they didn't even look in the carry on bags. If the concern is the battery, the only mention is of acid batteries with spill potential.

Touché. Granted the Amtrak Winter Park Express ski train was my last experience on Amtrak, but the current Baggage Policy should apply.

Recently, June, rode the Amtrak Auto Train to Florida. Nothing checked in car nor on carry on bags nor any questions asked.

Amtrak doesn't care.

I take mine all the time. They never have checked any baggage.
