I was referring to the clock tower and inner court.Individual buildings sometimes get restored by private investors, but the sea wall is solid as can be. The ruins I assume you are referring to are probably left over from the last major battle which was Napoleon unsuccessfully trying to capture the city in 1799. Siege of Acre (1799) - Wikipedia
