Not sure if this is the correct forum but I figured I would post anyway.
I erroneously let a friend fly my mavic and you can guess the outcome. Looked at repair options like sending it back to DJI, after they already took 2+ months to tell me that the low profile/noise props were back ordered. I remembered seeing a positive review on Thunderdrones and decided to give it a shot.
Hairline fracture on a control arm and the gimbal/camera hung/canted slightly left.
Turnaround time was under 5 days and even re-calibrated everything and threw in some props for me. Exceptional service and communication. Return shipping was professional, as I just taped up my box and mailed it. They're the real deal.
