i have the mavic pro with the titan atlas antenna . it came with whip antennas but after having them for a year 1 broke..so im going to order new ones

when buy it gives the option to get

5 dbi (Dual Band)

7 dbi (Dual Band)

9 dbi (Dual Band)

which one should i get ?

It depends how self conscious you are, where your flying

The Stock ones are 5dbi for memory.

The 9dbi are 14" .only really practical for a static/tripod setup imo

Here’s my 7 dbi, a definite improvement and manageable given I’m already tall as a skyscraper!
I also have some 5’s for close proximity flying.

Have you considered using the TiTan booster that it appear you have an attachment for

It's kind of a gimme which to get if you have 5's and 7's.
or is this troll country?

Thought about the booster but 2.5 miles without it is good enough. Although I suppose it would help with long distance at low altitude among trees.

how about in cities with buildings

I have the 5 and 9dbi antennas with Titan Switch. What I can tell you Trees and buildings has not been a problem. However range will vary depending on a altitude.

I only have experience with tree attenuation. I live in the boonies among huge forests. Pine trees next to the house are 70 feet tall. The farther I fly, the higher I need to go to overcome signal loss.
