Anybody try an antenna booster on there Mavic?

I have used them with success on my Phantoms.

Used it on a few flights with the Mavic and it seems works well.
Not done any testing to see what improvements it actually provides.

Can be downloaded from Thingiverse to 3D print!

"Valley Drones" On YouTube suggest them not to increase distance but as an added bit of insurance in projecting your signal. I sent for a pair of aluminum parabolic boosters from Amazon at his suggestion
And me without a Mavic YET

Yes exactly what I was hoping.
The Mavic already has long enough range.
Just would like to concentrate the signal to help boost signal with noise and trees.

Out of curiosity, which ones did you pick (and why?)
Thanks

Off topic but I saw your hoodman sunshade in the pic. I have been looking for a good one for weeks. Just ordered that one after reading the great reviews. Thanks

At these frequencies the smoothness of the reflective surface does have an effect. I would look for something very smooth.
