Yes. That is why the drone is so much more expensive at Adormaa than it is in Canada.Do we know what the fees would amount to? And then how did Adorama sell some within the US? They ate the fees?

We don't know for sure how much Adorama paid for those drones. And we don't know for sure what the customer paid when they placed their orders. Our best guess is whomever ordered those drones from Adorama ended up paying more than their Canada counterparts which would indicate some sort of impact based on tariffs. This says nothing about who "ate" whatever because people have different opinions on what "ate" means. If you paid the tariff and then you passed it along to the customer, you aren't "eating" anything. We don't know what exactly happened here but merchants have been known to increase their prices in anticipation of higher future costs for replacement goods so if a customer is willing to pay more today....so be it. When DJI said they were not launching in America right away and supplies were super limited to non-existent, that alone caused the US price to rise irrespective of "tariffs" although Adorama seems to be a pretty honest business and wouldn't unnecessarily overcharge their customers.Yes. $4650 Tax Free at B&H is the best deal going as going to Canada or Mexico is a long drive for most and no warranty plus a possibility of extra taxes when crossing the border. Sounds like a lot of work but I still feel like I got ripped off $450 as the leaked price was $4200 for the USA.Something to keep in mind when buying a drone from another Country are restrictions placed on the drone that are country specific. Korea Ebay seller has drones that are Class 2 EU. Not sure what happens with that drone in the US.
