Looks like a stick of hay/weed. It is not a phantom drone. Did not see any other set of arms on it. It was dandiloiion or a weeds.

I slowed it way down (10% initial speed) and enhanced and zoomed the video. At times.... it looks like a drone.

I don't understand the people that see a thread is already three pages long, but seem to just read the OP and give their tuppence worth; which is already known to be wrong.

I know I won't upset all those that just came back late with 'it's a drone' because they won't come back; they've given their opinion, that's job done, read it and be grateful for their opinion is more important than yours.

Looks like a pair of Dandelion seeds to me, they are tiny so they were just very close to the camera giving the illusion of high speed but moving only at the speed of the wind.

Two Dandelion seeds hooked together.... or similar. I see them floating all the time.

Looks like a pair of Dandelion seeds to me, they are tiny so they were just very close to the camera giving the illusion of high speed but moving only at the speed of the wind.
