I have been using my new Galaxy S10 Smart phone paired with my Mini with no apparent issues. However, come to realize not enough real estate for my liking using the screen size on my Galaxy S10. Now that my Galaxy Tab E is a no go, I decided I would rather use my new IPad 7th generation, running software version 13.3.1. Depending on the circumstances, I would like to be able to switch between the 2 of them on occasion. Is there anything I need to know or any issues switching between my Galaxy S10 and my iPad?

Shouldn’t be. Just use the same login for each and you should be good.

I have some good news and some bad news. You can switch but after just relegating my Galaxy S9 to Phone only duties, I can't imagine switching back unless the iPad gets broken or some other catastrophe befalls it. I'm not an Apple kind of guy but I'm loving flying with my iPad Mini 4.

Yeah I’m thinking of going that route as well. Have a 1st Gen iPad mini, which won’t work, so I think I’ll get a new mini. Would seem that it would enhance the flying experience dramatically.

My maps won't load using my iPad, so if I want them loaded I have to turn on Mobile Hotspot on my Galaxy S10+

I'm thinking I'm going to end up much preferring my iPad over my S10. Only concern is the size of my iPad. Might be a bit on the large size. But, I suppose size does matter in this particular situation. With 70 year old eyes, somewhat difficult seeing the small screen of my S10.

I regularly switch flying my MM between an iphone 7, Galaxy S8, and ipad air 2, and a new ipad air 3. All have my DJI account on them and no issues in going from one to another. I just have to make sure I have the right cord with me - I have purchased an aftermarket card to use the ipads on a tablet holder.
