On the Mavic Pro? You are trying to upgrade from 01.03.0700 to what firmware? If most recent you gotta do it a couple times because it’s such a big update.

If that doesn’t work sometimes you have to update in steps so try going to 01.04.0100 first and then up to most recent.

Btw most people I talk to are trying to get down to 01.03.0700 lol. Is there a reason you want to upgrade?

Brett is correct. Stay where you are. It's too frighting trying to get back down to 1.03.0700. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I actually have one that’s at .03.0100.
No reason to move up.
