You had obstacle avoidance react to something, but it had nothing at all to do with the water 350 feet below.Sorry, still disagree, I was there, and coming back home over the shore the sun was still in the same position and angle relative to the drone but with no issue over land. When I tried going back over the water half way home I got the same obstacle avoidance issue again and went back over land.
Obstacle avoidance reacts to things in front of the drone, not hundreds of feet below.
There's a lot of confusion around with people convincing each other that sensors become "confused" over water and it's all a big myth.
I've flown thousands of miles over the ocean, high and low and have never seen any evidence to support the confused sensor myth.
