Anyone ever heard of the bower brand filters?

Bower makes tons of filters for cameras.
They are better then RocketFish (Best Buy brand) but that's it and that's not saying a lot. I would never use them on any camera.

Gottem .... used the ND 8 ....works for me and no issues yet.

Looking for an idea of how these work. I'm assuming that you had a chance to test them in a month? I understand that Polar Pro cinema series are the best but I don't have $150 to spend on filters at the moment. Thanks.

I brought these filters last week from Bestbuy and returned them after noticing the thin coating used and the the ND 4 filter only was half coated
