Anyone flying with an iPhone Pro

I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus, with maximum brightness on the screen, and I made a sun protection myself, using a cell phone case.

Hi I have used both IPad mini 4 and iPhone 11 Pro Max. The only issue being I use gorilla cases on my phones and the hassle of removing it. The iPad has armour but this come off and goes on easier. Both cases I recommend sun shades which I hade from foam board sprayed black.

I’m using an 11 Pro with a tempered glass cover. It has its faults regarding glare for sure.

Thanks for the response. I will get the iPhone pro max. It won’t be as good as the smart controller but it will be more cost effective and better than my iPhone 11.

My iPhone 11 Pro is too small for my eyes and I have to take off and replace the very tight protective case each time. Too much hassle so I have switched to iPad 9.5 inches and Skyreat holder. I have a nice screen to view and I try to avoid glare by standing in the shade or in my own body shade. I have not used a phone in over a year.

iPhone X here, switching to my iPad 5th gen soon as my mount gets here. iPhone is just way to small to see any detail.

The smart controllers much better flying experience on the other end you’ll also have a really great Phone.
I have both and use the smart controller to fly.

I live in a country that is very bright and hot most of the year. I use an iphone pro max and i must say that most times, i cant see a thing on my phone so i have to get into my car to be able to aee anything. Ill looking for solutions at the moment.

I have a smart controller and I used to have a crystal sky no you still can’t see it in bright sunlight.

The larger image and the configuration suits my needs very well. I have used this set up for 3 years. I shade the screen with my body and large brimmed hat. Not sure why it does not apply to the thread but I thought it did
