Anyone knows of a telephoto attachment for Mavic Air

Hey there,

I am new to the Mavic world and loving every minute.
Looking at the design of the lens, has anyone tried to attach a telephoto attachment on the thread that is used to attach the filters?
It will obviously lead to fixed zoom but will allow me to fly higher.

Sounds like an expensive way to overload and overheat your pitch motor, possibly to the point of damage. Those little guys get really hot really quickly if they spent too much time at high duty cycle...

To actually answer the question, no I haven't personally seen one

I've been wondering the same thing -- and wondering if rigging up one of the cheap iPhone zoom lenses might work. I'm not to worried about the gimbal motor: those lenses are pretty light.
