APK apps

I am a Mac computer person. I want to add some apps (ie Amazon Video, Netflix) on my Android based Epson Moverio. Will I have to use a PC to download to a SD card to copy them to Moverio?

If Google Play recognizes the device attached to your Google account, you can "push" an update from a browser viewing Google Play to an Android device. Not sure that is what you asked, but may get you there.
