App for Phantom 2 on android isn’t working

A friend bought a used phantom 2 vision plus and wants to fly with it.

We found this app and at least I can uns it to connect and control the drone, but can’t even lift of.

On android he can’t even login to the app.

Could it be, that we use some wrong app? But we couldn’t find any other.

Or may it be, that some kind of infrastructure behind the app isn’t working any more?

Or is there any other way to get this drone flying again?

DJI Vision is the correct app for the P2 Vision.
But it is an old app, maybe it is not fully compatible with new Android OS. Try to find an old phone with older OS, and see if it works.
Try downloading the app directly to your phone from DJI, follow this link:

But it is an old app, maybe it is not fully compatible with new Android OS. Try to find an old phone with older OS, and see if it works.
