What ever happened to backwards compatibility I wish iOS would take a snapshot of operating systems that apps were designed for and use emulation to keep them running. It may slow down the updates and reduce buggy software issues. Apple may need to start with a clean slate again.

That would kill batteries faster. Each emulation would require precious memory.
