Application Connection Failure

I have attempted to connect my controller application on my iPhone X on several attempts to my Mavic Pro aircraft. The connection returns a connection failure error. I have have my aircraft for 16 months. Aircraft has never crashed or is there any damage. I am clueless about the recurring error condition. Any help would be appreciated.

Try reinstalling the app or using a different cord. These are the two most common fixes to DJI Go 4 problems. Besides that it’s hard to say what’s happening.
