No app (currently) can see any other drones around. That could be changing in the next 3 years but for now most consumer level drones do NOT report location information out over the airways.
That information is included in the DATA Stream between the aircraft and the base station/controller but it's not openly being broadcast publicly.
AirMap does show the drones that used their app to log a flight plan. What info is available when you click on the drone icons is dependent on what settings the pilots selected for info sharing. At a minimum, the coordinates are shown.
As an aside, I don't recall seeing manned aircraft icons on the map before but they are there now. When clicking on them the only info that shows up is their call sign. Still a long way from what FlightRadar24 provides but nice to see anyways.
