Areas of overexposure-Preferences

Multitudinous red lines of overexposure are impeding my ability to see fine objects. How to turn off? I'm not speaking of the diagonal lines that are black and white, but the red lines.

I've discovered it is Focus Peak, but don't know how to turn it off.
