Aural warning for controller low battery?

Hi everyone. I've never run my controller battery down below about 50%. I've consulted the DJI Smart Contoller manual and it says "in certain situations that require a user warning, the Smart Controller will do so by vibrating and/or beeping". It doesn't tell us what these 'certain situations' are. I'm wondering if anyone knows if it issues an aural warning when the controller battery goes below a certain level. Thanx.

Pretty sure I got beeped at today. Then again, the obstacle avoidance was beeping at me nonstop so I may have been hearing things at that point.

I'll try to confirm tomorrow. I plan on going out after work.
