Auto gimbal calibration fails always at 73%

Has anyone experienced this? Ive never had a successful gimal cal.
Tried dowbgrading firmware, resetting camera, imu cal then trying. Nothing works.

Yes. I had to recalibrate IMU and compasses and it rectified.

Weird. I've tried all that and still getting this problem.
