With all that extra weight, I'd be very surprised if you increase you flight time by more than 5 to 7 minutes or so while putting huge stresses on the whole system.
Also I believe you are covering up your GPS and compass.
Depending on your reasons for doing this, I'd be asking myself Is it really worth it.

It's only 420 grams well within safe limits I suppose.

Yes his battery is directly over the compass but that will not necessarily mean that the compass will be affected. Also 440g is not really a huge stress for the mavic 2. It is a 4S drone and can lift almost its own weight in payload.

Mine does the same thing. Did you figure it out. I put a smaller battery on and it stopped
