Avata 2 C1 classification label location

Hi all,

I'm taking my Avata 2 to a few European countries in a couple of weeks and am just registering it / registering myself with the EASA. I live in the UK but because our stupid country decided to leave the EU - Brexit - my UK registrations aren't valid in the EU, even though they are identical!! However, I know that my Avata 2 has a C1 classification, but I'm either being stupid or I need new glasses, but I can't see anywhere on the drone itself a label showing the C1 classification.

Does anyone know if there is a physical sticker somewhere on the drone, and of so, where?

Thanks for that @Cafguy. I definitely don't have a marking like that anywhere on my Avata 2. I'm not sure if it's a legal requirement to have the drone labelled with the classification as long as the model is clearly shown so that it can be checked.

Yeah, that's the only place there are any stickers, but nothing that shows the classification. Very surprising! Think I'll raise a case with DJI and ask them directly.

Yep I would ask someone I am not from there BUT the rule does say: "a drone with a certified class label."

This is the C1 sticker on my Avata 2. Should be there on any of them by default. Hope you didn't remove it during unpacking...

Sollte auf der rechten Seite zwischen den Propeller sein da steht 81dB und eben oberhalb der 81dB steht bzw sollte ein 1 stehen .Wenn nicht dji anschreiben die schicken ohne Probleme ein neues pickerl. LG aus Wien

So the drone you bought in Germany already had the label applied to the aircraft or just in the box and you had to put it on?

Label was already applied out of the box.
