Bad pictures and video. Help needed!

Hi all,
New Mavic Air owner here.
Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong with regards to these photos I've uploaded?
wondering what the circles are?!
Using a Polarpro ND8 filter (non polarized) taken on a sunny early evening.

Not really seeing circles, it has struggled to get a sharp image because the ND filter made the shutter quite slow at 1/60, you don't need that on at all for photos although it wouldn't matter much if it was really bright.
Evening sunshine is not especially bright.
They look a little washed out and mld tweak of contrast and saturation plus sharpening would work wonders, except the seascape doesn't have much to work with, it's a picture of nothing.

I don't see any circles either. I see wave action on the water and your landing pad, but that's it.
