Usually, it's peninsula but the water was high. a strange thing happened to trees up there - friends told me it was done by birds?

The whole region is filled with such reservoirs some are even better looking than this, definitely worth the visit!

LOL, that was my first thought when I saw it.
A couple of weeks ago I was in Puerto Peñasco Mexico and there were a large area of rocks where the sea gulls and pelicans had colored the rocks white. Verified by the people selling fresh fish.
