Batteries first charge not working

Hello I have a new mavic mini combo. I’m trying to charge the 3 batteries for the first time in the charging hub. The charge Status LEDs Is blinking successively (quickly) since 3 hours or more but the status led don’t move to next level. Two of them has just one led blinking and the third has three. It’s that normal? I think something is going grong, thank you for your help on advance!

Try a different usb charger?

That’s not normal at all, you could also try remove the almost full you charged battery and see if the other two have the same issue, that way you’ll at least know if it’s a battery or hub and/ or charger issue.

It doesn't seem normal. As was mentioned, try taking that first battery out that doesn't seem to be getting anywhere and see if the other batteries will take a charge.

Also, you could try sticking that battery that seems to be having a problem charging into the drone itself and seeing if it will take a proper charge directly in the drone.

No not normal, with the supplied DJI charger it should be much faster than that.

It was the dji quick charger! Don’t work well I have tried to charge more things but doesn’t charge nothing but it’s new!... I was at the shop and they will give me another... I have charge the batteries with my iPad Pro charger and went well but slowly (is that ok for the batteries life?) Tomorrow I will fly the mm for the first time, hope there is no more problems )

I wouldn't plug it into a power strip either...

If you are talking about the USB charging block, you can use pretty much any one. The only issue, as you found out, is charging speed. It shouldn’t be an issue for the health of the batteries.
