Batteries won’t take a charge

I have two batteries for my Mavic Air 1 that will not take a charge. I think they’re still good. It’s just that they’re locked out and need software to unlock them. I can’t seem to find anyone or any place that does this. Any ideas?

Hi , if you didn’t use them for a long time they enter into hibernation and then they loose all the power to wake up the controller unit , I have had this with many of my earlier drones and I actually revived them myself buying some simple tools . Look at the video attached to know what am I talking about. Good luck
