BATTERY CAPACITY DECRESED

while checking battery status from dji go app i have noticed that one of my battery reads a capacity of
approximately 3500 mAh instead of the 3830 mAh after 16 times charge is this normal?

Yes. Batteries initially deteriorate rapidly after their first uses. The deterioration will slow down however.
