Battery charge counter and log files

Hi guys, i bought a mavic air fly more combo reconditioned from amazon and when i checked battery life the counter says 0 discharge on all 3 batteries...are them new or the coubter is dji go related?

And another question, is it possible to download flight logs from mavic?

The refurbished units have their counters reset by dji. that is what I think anyway.

The flight logs on the Mavic Air are not currently readable (except by DJI) due to the encryption used.

I don't think this unit has returned to dji because it has a broken propeller and dji would have fixed/replaced it if refurbished...i think has been returned to amazon and then sold again by amazon
