i am a new drone pilot and would expect folks to be more supportive. Rude comments have no place TYVM.

Hello,

I would suggest that you read the entire Mavic Air 2 User Manual so that you can get better familiar with your device. Your question is fully covered in the manual.
 
it is normal for the batteries if left fully charged to self discharge after 5 days ,they slowly discharge down to around 60% takes about 3 days after the process starts
