Battery help...stuck on one light

Any advice on a battery that is stuck on one light ...not flashing...it doesn't power up the drone.
I was flying today but when I put it on charger it wasn't charging, just stuck on one light

How long did you leave it on the charger?

New or long time stored battery?

How long did you leave it on the charger?

I noticed it after a few minutes on the charger....it was the DJI car charger being used.

Just over a year old but in regular use in that time.... probably used about once a week, less than 100 charges.
