Because I'm new I have to ask
with the 3 battery pack fully charged and the controller at max charge .
What can I expect to encounter? controller or 3 pack running out first? and if so what suggestions might I CONSIDER

@Flyn2024 with regards to battery Cycles
the number is dependant on many factors ,and is an unknown figure as it depends on how the battery has been used

I reliably get >200 cycles on all DJI batteries, regardless of model. I let them cool down for at least 20 minutes before charging, usually longer. I charge in the field with a 65W battery bank and I've yet to run out even when flying all day. My normal setup is for 4-6 batteries (4 for the Mini4Pro and Air 3 due to their long runtime). I've only had the controller run down to 1 solid light on a couple of occasions. It too could be charged in the field if necessary. I have a bunch of 20k MAh PD 3.0 power banks that will 1) run any of my laptops for 3 hours, 2) charge an entire bank of three DJI batteries, or 3) charge/power any of my other video or still cameras. Sure, one of the big DJI power rigs would provide a lot more juice, but for me being able to grab a couple (or a half dozen as the case may be) of these smaller units is very flexible and has never failed to provide all the power I needed for a mission.
