Battery Serial Number duplicated

I was doing an assessment on my Mavic 2 and found out that DJI sold me two batteries with the same serial number, it was strange when I got the report on Drone Logbook that 1 battery had more than double the amount of charge cycles than the rest. Does anyone know how to change the S/N so I can get an accurate report?

not at all, but it was a DJI refurbished fly more combo

There are battery hack tools that can write all sorts of info into DJI batteries. I've not used any and can't recommend, but a web search can get you started. Look at the battery mod threads here, too.
