I have 6 batteries for my MA2 that I rotate without fail each flight. I wait for the battery or batteries to cool before charging. I can put the battery to my face and see if it is hot, warm or room temperature.
I had not flown in 2 days. I took out the drone tonight and pressed the battery button and saw 3 dots light up. I went to the middle battery (most recently charged 2 days ago) and pressed that button. It showed 4 dots light up, as in full charge. Then this happened. I took the 4 dot battery out and it felt slight warm in comparison to the not so recently charged batteries. The same with the battery next to it.
Is this the SMART battery discharging like it is supposed to do if not being used? I never paid attention before. I am hoping that is what it is. OR is it a defect I should be concerned about?
