I put on these floats see photographs
It covers up the holes at the bottom
Payload mode sports mode
tested it in room in house
Took to height 1.7 m
Flew fine around the room
Did firmware updates on batteries
Battery temperature went from 28.2 degrees f
To 35.5 degrees f

Is this going to cause a problem if I’m flying outside at height 5m above water over a pond for a short distance

Do I need more testing?

What kind of testing do I need?

Is it going to strain the batteries or propellers as no warning lights so far and the drone still takes off fine.

The floats were for the mavic air and it works better on the mini than the other mini floats

Those temps are so far below range limits (I regularly see 100 degrees F) that the batts shouldn't be a problem.
I would be more worried about covering up ventilation/cooling ports...especially with the additional load.

Hello Mavicmaestro:

You keep your rooms pretty cool! Any chance those battery temps are in centigrade rather than fahrenheit?
