Battery won't charge

I have four batteries - none that have really had many charges to them - on an original Mavic Pro. One of the batteries, bought new online a couple of years ago, simply will not charge anymore. No lights, nothing. Is there a way to potentially "reset" the battery? There is no way it has been used too much because I don't fly alot. But I have kept the batteries always in a charged state. But this one seems to have died. that would be sad if true.
