Mini 3 Bealach Udal - Skye

Today's Drone footage from our recent Highland holiday to Drumnadrochit, and another from the 3rd day's 'Road to the Isles' daytrip - the only video taken on Skye, on in the pass between Elgol and Broadford on the Mam Udal road in Glen Arroch.

A short couple of clips showing the reveals looking each way from the top of the pass, firstly back to the Kylerhea and the Elgol ferry, and secondly looking towards the Cuillin Mountains of Skye. Sadly as the day was a full one we didnt have time to linger on Skye - we still had 2 1/2 hrs driving and Eilean Donan castle to visit that day - so knowing we are returning to Skye in October (and the winds were too hight to try and fly much there) we turned back towards the Skye Bridge and the route back to the cottage...

Thanks Jim, depends on the time of year and where you go... Tourist season starts at Easter and ends in September, but when the kids arent off and early in the season its still relatively peaceful - the NC 500 gets extremely busy in the summer... Off to Orkney in June, before the kids break up, so should still be relatively quiet, can't wait
