Beeping controller?

Hello one and all, just wondered if anyone out there knew the reason why my controller will do a periodic beep and The Cure ! Thanks

If it is only occasionally it might be caused by the AFC when the camera refocuses. My SC beeps every now and then when it refocuses on something.
