Best Art settings and LUTs/grading

So, I am currently running Art with the latest DJI update on settings -1,-3,-3. Is that the best setting? I get decent video but I have issues in post getting the color back. So that leads into my next question, how are y'all grading the footage?

I can get decent results with some LUTs online but the shadows turn into the depths of space (deep black). I will post what I get from shots when I get back from class.

My best results have come with Art, -1,0,0. Then depending on the exposure of the shot I use 1 of the 3 DJI Phantom 3D Luts which are on the DJI website.
