No GPS, so no Follow Me and Dynamic Home Point.

There are standalone Bluetooth GPS devices that can be paired with no-GPS devices and provide location data; they typically cost around 100 bucks.

Use my iPhone if I want to do follow me, use my WiFi only Mini 4 90% of the time for flying.

Maybe silly question but with WiFi only will it still mark home location? Seems that it wouldn’t.

Yes it will - it uses the internal GPS for that. The ability to follow depends on the controller having GPS coordinates to send to the aircraft so it knows where you are.
