What's the best cable to use for mini 4 to rc,thanks

I use a 1 foot anker cable and love it. Very well made and very flexible. Also will have just enough length to connect from the controller to ipad mini 4 on a mavmount if using one. Will definitely buy another one if ever needed.

In that case here are the 2 most popular. Personally if I chose one of these I would pick the drone valley one. They make it in 20cm and you will see you can click a link to the 30cm version which is about 1 foot.
