Hi, all.

I have been flying a Mavic for a couple of months, and enjoying the experience. There's one thing I find frustrating and I hope this forum can help with advice and suggestions.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as my mobile connected to the RC. In bright sunshine, I find it difficult to see the detail on the screen, despite having swiped left on the DJI Go 4 app to maximise brightness. I have a hood, but this doesn't help a huge amount, sadly.

What do people recommend as a mobile device that gives a good bright screen, please?

Many thanks,

Steve

Mate 9 here as well...one of the brighter and larger screens for a reasonable price. At 631nits, it's brighter than an iPhone. That said, in direct sun, it's still not that bright.

S7 has 720-750 nits (Im using this)
S8 has 1020 nits.
Note 8 has 1200 nits.

Crystal Sky has 1000 nits on the 5.5 and 2000 nits on the 7.85 i believe
* 5.5” / 7.85” 1000 cd/m2 7.85” Ultra Bright 2000 cd/m2Resolution: 2048x1536 (7.85’’) / 1920x1080 (5.5’’)

I think 1000 nits it just visible on a clear sunny ND32 bright day..
