I think it was an ebay promotion that this vendor opted into (so both contributed to the discount). If you keep an eye on the channel I wouldn't be surprised if it comes back again. You could even message the vendor.

I put in my order around 330pm pacific yesterday so beat the cut-off by a few hours. The item shipped today. I can't wait.
