Now that the July 18, 2018 DJI announcement has been pushed back, I am convinced more than ever that this is the best time to stop speculating about what the new release might be, and buy the Mavic that you like. MPs, MPPs, and MA's have been tried and tested, have parts readily available, are built like tanks, and are easy to fly. These days you can get a used Mavic Pro for around $600, refurbed for around $749 and brand new under $900.
We still dont know if the new release was going to be a new Mavic, but why waste the summer dreaming about what might be? Go out and get an in-stock Mavic today! If you already have a drone, fly it until it's worn out.
Im still excited about the new release, but based on the news, it could be a little while until it is unveiled.
