Better control over Hyperlapse

What control app gives me more control over hyperlapse? I'm wanting to set waypoints at 1 second intervals over a relatively small distance, but with a longer resulting video length, and with a large (too large for DJI) rotation and gimbal angle. Imagine following a very slowly moving object 300 feet over 25 minutes but not in a straight line.

I would just do this as a video shot but I need full camera settings to be available.


EDIT: I'm using an MA2.

Litchi's beta has a waypoints mode for the Air 2, which could be used to this effect. You'd have to combine the photos manually, though.
