Bluetooth /WiFi on or off

On a couple of the hundreds of things I've read it recommends you turn both of these off on your phone

What do you do?

no worries thats how i fly with my ipad ,most people with a phone say to put it in airplane mode

Believe me I've read hundreds of articles /posts that's not been mentioned.
Am of out now will try it.

Some do, some don't. Personally not experienced a noticable difference either way

I have never flew using a phone but I would assume air-plain mode would be the way to go.

I've flown both on and off with my Samsung galaxy s10. I've seen absolutely no difference.

I think the airplane mode point is mostly about eliminating a possible distraction.

Go 4 acted weird for my M2Z on last flight with airplane mode on my tablet.
I would have Wi-Fi on for a bit to cache map, then turn off. Map would no longer have details and status banner at top showed "disconnected" as if the remote USB connection was severed, despite seeing live video and getting telemetry.
