I come from dSLR world, but have owned Phantom 4 + Mavic 1.
As a stills (landscape) photographer I fully understand the value of having bracketing shots to capture the full dynamic range of a photo - PLUS capturing more detail in the shadows, rather than increasing shadows in post and dealing with more noise/less detail.
So as far as I can remember, the drones have supported auto-bracketed exposures of 3 or 5. BUT it's always been only at 0.7ev stops. Does anyone know if there is a reason for this? Does anyone know if this can finally be changed?
With the Mavic Pro's 1" sensor, I would imagine a "standard bracket" of -2,0,+2 would capture a very good range without gaps between, whereas -0.7,0,+0.7 almost feels useless.
