Caching Maps MA

[Frustrated]

When I go to caching maps on DJI Go 4 It comes back with network unavailable. My WIFI is on. Watched many youtube. videos to no aval. Maybe to wrong vids. Any help would be great. Looking for 12 year old to help me out.

Are you using Android or IOS? The procedure is a little different depnding.
